How do I place an order?
You must first create an account. You then have 2 options:
1) You can go to My Meals and place an order of however many meals you want. You will be charged the price of each meal in full plus a delivery fee of $5.
2) You can subscribe to one of our weekly meal plan packages in order to place an order. Once you subscribe, you will receive a welcome email with your Personal Coupon Code to apply each week when you select your meals. All meals have a price, but your Coupon Code will apply the amount of the meals that your subscription covers. You will only be charged weekly, for the amount of the Meal Plan Package you chose. You may also select more meals than what your package allows. If so, then you will be charged extra for the extra meals selected after applying your coupon code. You will be saving on price/meals and no delivery fee.
PLEASE NOTE: Meal selection is not supported on phones. The My Meals tab is only accessible through computers and is best supported by Google Chrome.
Where do I enter my Coupon Code ?
If you have subscribed to one of our Meal Plan Packages, after selecting your meals, go to your Checkout Page. Scroll all the way down, then under the last item in your cart, you will see in green "ENTER PERSONAL COUPON CODE". Click on that, and enter your personal coupon code. After you do, the price of your cart will reflect the discount.
Payment and Delivery
For weekly SUBSCRIPTIONS: You will automatically get charged weekly. If you wish to pause or cancel your meal plan, you need to do so BEFORE 6pm on Friday or we will not be able to refund you. No exceptions!
If by chance there is nothing you like on this week's meal selection, please let us know and we will refund you.
Once your meals are in your Cart, make sure you add your Personal Coupon Code and select the free "Meal Plan Package Delivery" option. Your Personal Coupon Code will cover the amount of meals included in your pre-paid package.
For regular Orders: Once your meals are in your Cart, select Checkout and input your Delivery and Payment information. Please make sure you select the Non-Subscriber Delivery $5 at Checkout or you will not be receiving your order. Free delivery is reserved to Subscription Customers ONLY.
We deliver your meals every Sunday and Tuesday. Your scheduled time of delivery varies depending on your address. We will text/call when we arrive at your address. If you have any specific delivery instructions, please let us know ahead of time. If we cannot reach your door, we will not be able to deliver your meals and they will be forfeited. If you live in an apartment complex or have gate codes to access, please provide us with your delivery instructions when signing up.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options
Your profile page is completely private, only you have access to it. We receive your order once completed, between Wednesday and Friday 6pm. All payments through our website are secure.
Returns & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription meal plan for the following week any time BEFORE Friday 6pm. If you fail to do so, we will not be able to refund you. The keyword to meal plans is "Plan". Our work involves a lot of planning, including planning meals for all customers and purchasing the necessary raw ingredients to make your meals. We will not refund you for last minute cancellations. We also do not accept returns. Once the meals leave our kitchen, they cannot be returned to us. If we cannot reach your delivery location, we will not be able to refund you. It is advise that you provide us with specific delivery instructions before your first delivery is scheduled. We are also not responsible for how the meals are stored once in your possession. Our food is made fresh every time and must be refrigerated at the appropriate temperature at all times until ready to consume. We will not issue refunds if your food spoils because we are not responsible for how you store the meals. We suggest that you always check your meals when you receive them if you want to notify us of any quality issues.
